MEET BARISTA RON

Ron Peter Pabellon is a Dubai-trained barista whose journey in coffee is rooted in years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for the craft, particularly latte art. After honing his skills abroad, he returned to the Philippines with a clear purpose: to share his knowledge, build a meaningful career in coffee, and contribute to the growth of the local coffee scene.

In 2022, Ron founded Youngbloods Barista Quezon, where he now mentors aspiring café owners, baristas, and coffee enthusiasts through structured trainings, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences. As a certified TESDA assessor, he also provides comprehensive coffee shop consultations, covering everything from foundational barista skills to product costing and daily operations.

Ron’s work goes beyond teaching technique. His mission is to elevate coffee culture in Quezon Province by empowering individuals to turn their passion for coffee into sustainable careers and businesses. This vision came to life in 2024 with the launch of the first-ever Quezon Coffee Expo, a milestone event that brought together local café owners and strengthened the growing coffee community he continues to nurture today.
