Our Story

It was in 2022 when Youngbloods Barista Quezon first opened its doors, founded by Ron Peter Pabellon—a barista whose roots in coffee trace back to Dubai, UAE. There, Ron honed his expertise in barista craft, with a special focus on latte art. After years of cultivating his skills abroad, he returned to the Philippines with a clear vision: to bring his coffee experience home and build a meaningful career around it.

With that vision came the establishment of Youngbloods Barista Quezon. Since then, Ron has dedicated himself to mentoring aspiring café owners, passionate coffee drinkers, and knowledge-hungry individuals. Through barista trainings, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions, he has helped grow a local community of coffee professionals and enthusiasts.

Ron is a certified TESDA assessor and offers comprehensive coffee shop consultations—from foundational barista skills to product costing and operations. His mission extends beyond training; he aims to elevate the coffee culture in Quezon Province and empower individuals to turn their passion into sustainable businesses.

In 2024, this vision materialized through the first-ever Quezon Coffee Expo—a milestone event that brought together local café owners and sparked a growing community bound by a shared love for coffee. It marked the beginning of a movement: one that Youngbloods Barista Quezon continues to lead as it nurtures local talent, fosters collaboration, and raises the bar for coffee excellence in the region.
